I have spent the last seven years inside real production systems: the Prada e-commerce frontend, UniCredit's Dimensione Sociale platform, MSC's Explora Journeys, IoT payment systems, and an AI Chrome extension I co-founded. What connects them is a habit of measuring: release cycles cut by 38%, hosting cost down ~25%, post-deploy defects down ~30%.

I care as much about how software feels as how it scales. That means obsessing over component architecture and micro-interactions on the frontend, and over event-driven design, observability and clean APIs on the backend.
